In line with Black History Month 2024, we are expanding our Representation 365 team. For those of you who don’t know, Representation 365 is a rounded approach that aims to embed representation into the curriculum and throughout the school for all learners. The work expands beyond the curriculum, and is filtered through into everything we do.
Our aims include:
- Explore the sensitive issues of race, racism and representation in a supportive and safe environment
- Ensuring that Riverley is an inclusive and intersectional environment that championsĀ allĀ underrepresented groups
- Support the implementation of whole school approaches to diverse curricula
- Develop our skills and confidence and those of others to evaluate effective practice
We are reaching out to our Riverley Family and inviting you to join the Representation 365 team.
