This week, our enthusiastic Litter Picking Club took their mission beyond the school gates and headed to Jubilee Park for a spring clean — and what a difference they made! Armed with gloves, litter pickers and a fantastic attitude, the children spent the afternoon helping to care for one of our local green spaces.
With the sun shining and signs of spring all around, our young environmental champions set off with purpose and teamwork. From forgotten snack wrappers to stray bits of plastic, no corner was left untouched. The children worked together beautifully — spotting litter, safely collecting it, and proudly filling bags while chatting about how we can all take better care of the world around us.
