The Science Symposium took an exciting turn this week as the farm visited Riverley! Year 1 and Year 2 were thrilled to get up close and personal with a variety of animals, learning all about their habits, habitats, and the wonders of the natural world. From fluffy sheep to clucking chickens, our young scientists had the chance to explore and observe these animals. Their eyes were wide with wonder as they discovered the science behind farm life, asking questions and making connections to their learning.
After school, the rest of the school had the chance to visit the farm too and the excitement continued! There was an air of curiosity as students from every year group interacted with the animals, discovering the science of how they live, grow and contribute to the environment.
