This morning Years 4, 5 and 6 took part in a workshop based on environmentalism. Discussing topics such as climate change, fossil fuels, how to be resourceful, youth activism and how the community can work together to reduce, reuse and recycle. Children were inspired with a range of ways they can revolutionise their school by thinking outside of the box on how to transform Riverley into a greener space for example using solar panels. A huge ‘thank you’ to Anna for providing us with many talking points and allowing the children to think critically and creatively.
